Abstract

A study was  undertaken  to analyse the data of clinical case reports of cattle attended at the  Veterinary  Clinic,  Sokoine  University  of  Agriculture for the period betwwm  October, 1980  to July 1984. Out of 1439 Bovine cases attended to, the highest prevalence (59.14  )   was of infectious Bovine Keratoconjuctivitis followed by diarrhoea cases  (8.89 ). Trypanosomiasis accounted for  7.02   %, mastitis  4.78%, anaplasmosis 4.66%,  footrot  2.64%,  and East  Coast  Fever 2.3% of  the  total  the cases.
