SWITCHING TO OPEN ACCESS PUBLICATION

Tanzania Veterinary Association, through the Executive Committee decision made in December 2024, decided to implement an open access publication policy for Tanzania Veterinary Journal. The decision will be implemented retrospectively  and expected to be fully implemented by 01-05-2025 with the aim of increasing readership and accessibility to scholarly information.

This means that we will be changing our content license to reflect the current needs. The changes will override previous licenses although no changes will be made to the cover pages of articles that are already published.

Other policies affected by this change will be adjusted accordingly but the changes will be implemented from January 2026.
